Read before you start...

  • Create awareness

    Place your hands over the area you will be working and gently squeeze a few times. It will allow you to better focus on the joints and muscles that you are using.

  • Move slowly

    Keep the movement slow and focus on what you feel as you perform the movement. When you move quickly you may miss important information about your body and how it moves.

  • Think

    As you perform any movements, think about your past or present injury and how changes in movement may relate to your injury history.
