How to start

  • Take 10 minutes

    Put yourself first, find a quiet place and listen to what your body tells you.

  • Wear comfortable clothes

    Take your shoes and socks off. Wear clothing that won't restrict you.

  • Record everything

    Every little detail is important. Write down where you have restriction, discomfort or pain. What part of the movement does it appear in and where is it located? Notice whether the movements are easy or hard, smooth or sticky, coordinated or difficult.
